“Sound Business Advice”

Wilmot Consulting Group was established by Ian Wilmot in 2006 with the intention of offering “sound business advice” to a number of SME’s (small to medium enterprises).

After 34 years in the corporate world, and the last 9 years as Managing Director/CEO of the New Zealand division of a large multinational it was time to move on to greener pastures. A conscious decision and a desire to remain in Hawke’s Bay saw the creation of Wilmot Consulting Group in September 2006.

The sound business advice takes the form of Business Planning, Strategy Development and Mentoring.

In addition to the business consulting I have a particular interest in Governance and Directorships, and have done further personal development and upskilling for this purpose.
